These terms explain the rules for using Fuitos, including marketplace listings, accounts, purchases, safety, payments, and user responsibilities.
Last updated: June 2026By accessing, registering for, or placing an order through Fuitos, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any policies referenced in the app. These terms apply to the marketplace, mobile app, website, messages, emails, and related services provided by Fuitos.
You must be able to enter into a binding agreement to use the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, keeping your login details secure, and all activity that happens through your account.
Fuitos grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the app strictly in accordance with these terms. We may suspend or end this license if you violate these terms or misuse the service.
Listings, profile content, photos, reviews, chats, attachments, voice notes, and other submissions must be lawful, accurate, respectful, and safe. Prohibited content includes fraud, harassment, hate, explicit sexual content, illegal or dangerous goods, impersonation, spam, and content that violates another person's rights.
You must not sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, outsource, reverse engineer, copy, modify, commercially exploit, or make the service available to third parties except as allowed by the app. You must not remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from Fuitos materials.
Orders are subject to availability, seller acceptance, and successful payment. Sellers are responsible for their listings, product accuracy, fulfilment, and customer communication. Prices, availability, and service features may change without prior notice where permitted by law.
Payments, subscription plans, marketplace checkout, seller wallet activity, and payouts may be handled by payment partners. Your payment provider agreement governs your payment method. Refund and return details are provided in the Payment & Refund Policy available from the Account support section.
Users can report listings and block other users. We may review, restrict, remove, or preserve content and accounts when needed for safety, policy enforcement, dispute handling, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.
The service may include links, payment services, hosting, storage, analytics, delivery, or other third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, policies, or practices of third parties, and you use them at your own risk.
The app, platform, brand, software, design, text, media, and related materials are owned by Fuitos, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or use is prohibited.
Feedback, comments, ideas, improvements, suggestions, designs, photos, information, or proposals you submit may be used by Fuitos without compensation or credit to you, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
We may provide patches, bug fixes, upgrades, or other updates, and those updates may modify or remove features. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or any part of it temporarily or permanently, where permitted by law.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or that defects will always be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuitos and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, data, privacy, business, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Fuitos, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors harmless from claims or demands arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, violation of law, or violation of a third party's rights.
If a dispute arises, you agree to contact us first so both sides can attempt to resolve it informally. Any notice of dispute should describe the issue, the relevant account or order, your contact details, and the relief requested.
These terms remain in effect until terminated by you or Fuitos. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you fail to comply with these terms. On termination, you must stop using the service.
If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in effect. A failure or delay in enforcing any right under these terms does not waive that right.
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide notice where required. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the revised terms.
