Delete from the app
- Sign in to Fuitos.
- Open the Account tab.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the notice and confirm deletion.
This is the fastest option and securely confirms that the request comes from the account owner.

Delete your Fuitos account
You can permanently delete your account from the Fuitos app or send us a deletion request if you no longer have access to the app.
Request deletion by email
Email us from the address associated with your account. If your account uses a phone number, include it in the request. We may ask for limited information to verify ownership before deletion.

What we delete
We delete or anonymize your profile, login credentials, saved addresses, push-notification tokens, active listings, and other personal account data that is no longer required to operate or secure the service.
What may be retained
Limited order, payment, payout, moderation, dispute, security, and fraud-prevention records may be retained when required by law or necessary to protect buyers, sellers, and Fuitos. Retained records are restricted to those purposes and removed when the applicable retention period ends.
What happens next
We will acknowledge an emailed request, verify account ownership where necessary, and complete the request within a reasonable period. We will tell you if a legal obligation requires us to retain specific records.
